Key Point:-
- Bowling Arm- release point to be directly above the bowling side hip.
- Follow through- past non bowling side thigh.
- Head- to be kept as still & as level as possible.
- Front arm elbow to be locked into front hip & to proceed down target line
- Front leg – to land slightly bent & Straight on.
- To lock up prior to release
- Back leg to come straight through along the target line bending the knee to lift “ Up & Over “ an imaginary obstacle beside front foot
