Release

Key Point:-
  • Bowling Arm- release point to be directly above the bowling side hip.
  • Follow through- past non bowling side thigh.
  • Head- to be kept as still & as level as possible.
  • Front arm elbow to be locked into front hip & to proceed down target line
  • Front leg – to land slightly bent & Straight on.
  • To lock up prior to release
  • Back leg to come straight through along the target line bending the knee to lift “ Up & Over “ an imaginary obstacle beside front foot
