Ideal Run Up:-
- Bowler should run Towards Target ( batsmen ) in straight corridor or in staright line
- Bowlers Arm & Hand movement should be Parallel to the target line, elbows should bent at 90 Degree pump the elbows straight back
- Stride Buildup- Body should be leaned forward with short steps initially building into longer steps.
- A balanced Running stride prior to take of to get good momentum.
Check List:-
- Angle of run up
- Elbows out
- Arm Swing & shoulder rotation
- Both hands on ball
- Shoulders Side on too early
